Ok you have fuel atleast through the petcock. Now try draining the carburetor bowl and see what comes out of there, might be some water and sediment from the running off the bottom of the tank. Also must have spark so check it at the plug. Also if no spark double check to see if any wiring got disconnected to the coil when the tank was off to get at the plug. If the plug is black carbon fouled, think about a new one. A little fuel in the carbon will allow it to conduct the spark to ground not jump the gap. Max
